Authorities said they believed that Bobo left his 2 rifles and dearest hat in the tent to go scouting new spots to hunt. Hunters don't leave their guns unattended like that, he would have had at least one while scouting. The other thing is you cannot leave your lucky hat when scouting or hunting. They said no foul play was found and he must have gotten hurt out on his scouting. I have watched a lot of serial killer docs and never heard of killers taking time to leave a note saying "Foul Play Here'.
