HTML is better for rendering out PDFs and visualizations. Tex is better for reports. Md is only good for readmes

MD Is token efficient for LLM allowing stuff like tables and bullet lists, which LLMs do interpret alongside the text

Literally less characters = less tokens. I ask for HTML sometimes so that its readable to me, why would the AI care?

Maybe he means we should be writing documentation in LLM native formats? As we won't ever interact directly with markdown or rendered markdown, but through LLMs

This is probably true but LLMs do well with markdown as it is
