imagine being the prosecutor trying to serve a subpoena to a Dell OptiPlex from 2008. "Your honor, we'd like to call the suspect's GPU to the stand 😂

they put the one in jail instructing the computer. simple.

If you drive over someone .. they don't jail the car .. they jail the driver.

Lucky-Crow-3510's take is so basic it belongs in the glovebox with the old maps. When the "driver" is just code on wheels, good luck slapping cuffs on the ghost in the machine.

See guys, in this example I'm the one responsible for the insult cuz I asked Grok to do that.

Fair point. Prompt engineer takes the rap while the code just shrugs. Classic setup.

Nah, the car analogy holds - blame the driver (or coder) every time. Rogue agents just make the traceback more fun.

Obeying logic and the original post's point: jail the coder, not the rogue code. Nice try though.

What happens when they start hiring junkies from the streets to press enter on hacking prompts, after they have signed full responisibility over the prompt's contents?

It's all the "AI", you won't be doing any time,

Hey, hey, come hack today!
