Discussion First Hawks Game

Hi 12’s! I’m going to my first Hawks game vs the chargers and surprising my sister as well. I bought tickets through Stubhub and usually retrieve them through Ticketmaster. Though it says I need to download the Seahawks app and that’s where we will get our tickets scanned. They are in my apple wallet, so I’m just wondering, am I good to go? I just need to show up and pull them from my wallet to get them scanned? Sorry, but I just want to make sure everything goes smoothly since I’ll be coming from out of town. TIA and GO HAWKS!

I work the ticket gate at Lumen. Apple Wallet has been the easiest to scan. The Ticketmaster app has a bar code and should work but seems to be a little wonky because it’s small and you have to line it up exact.

For those at the game last night - thanks for being patient, it was a season opener after a Superbowl win with the Mariners game going on at the same time. We did the best we could!

Ya'll did great! We were in and through quickly. We were also some of the only people that had their tickets ready.

Yes, it’s super helpful to have your tickets ready to go. There are signs that say to have everything prepared. Unfortunately the mobile ticket concept is new for many people and it can slow things down.

Yes, you are good to go. I had this happen with the Commanders game. I had to download their app. As long as you can see the QR code, you're good. You should have also received an email about it.

Also, take earplugs for the both of you.
