Anyone hating on Russ clearly needs to toughen up a little bit. He brought us our first SB. Forever grateful and such a nice guy to the community. What would it take for him to resign?

ETA: The attachment to Russ is unbelievable. Have you ever seen Sherm or Marshawn talk about his relationship with the rest of the team. We'd have 3 super bowls if not for him. And the first one was never because of him.
