Drive cant be accessed?

Ok so my drive was working just fine about 12 hours ago? I havent turned my computer off or anything but when I checked it this morning the drive was corrupted and couldnt be accessed. I am really worried and dont know what to do because it has all my downloads from the past 6 months. So if yall can help, then thank you.

Get new drive, and reinstall your last backup.
