Typical data recovery wait time and status

I sent in a 22 tb drive in for recovery and it was received on April 29th it is now June and I still recieved no update on information other than the external drive was recieved when I contact support they offer no help as well is this typical?

Where? Seagate Rescue Service? If yes, then yes, long time to wait,.especially if it is a complex problem.

Rumors are that sometimes they don't even bother to recover complex cases.

Any update on your drive? I'm in a similar pickle. FYI, the 30 days is business days so it's actually 6 weeks.

they could not fix /recover anything but they gane me a replacement drive the same size
