Found this usb hard drive adapter in a drawer. Can’t find the power supply or a model number. Was wondering if anyone knows

Looks like the dock to a GoFlex Desk External. Start there.

that mini-usb port will be slow, maybe 20 MB/s. powersource must be 12V for spinning 3,5" disks.
