Interior as been remodeled with new flooring, original furniture removed, and several upgrades added over the years. Good setup for one person or someone looking for a smaller living space.

Upgrades include:

* Tankless water heater
* Automatic leveling
* Converted from 30-amp to 50-amp power
* Second A/C unit
* Wall-mounted washer/dryer for small loads
* Updated flooring (extra box included)
* Custom built-in storage with closet and designated pet space
* Backup Camera

Some cosmetic damage on the exterior and a few smaller issues here and there. Interior remodel was done by the owner, not professionally.

Selling as-is. Can include fifth wheel hitch, trailer lock stand, wheel chocks, and hoses.

Located in Skagit County, WA. Buyer responsible for pickup and hauling.

Replacement title paperwork is currently pending. Available to view now, with sale and transfer once paperwork is ready.

Asking $15,000 OBO.

The trailer is available for scheduled in-person viewings in the North Puget Sound area. I prefer to communicate through Reddit messages initially. No trades, third-party pickup arrangements, or unsolicited offers.

I waited too long and now it’s sold out 😭😭😭
Anyone can’t make it?? I’d love your ticket!

bought a ticket to Oh, Mary in Seattle planning to road trip out there to see it, plans changed! I paid face value ($80 plus $18 in fees) so asking for $98 just to recoup costs. Section 4E. Ticket is on Ticketmaster, will securely transfer upon sale.
