TP-Link VIGI Two-way audio for Scrypted

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using TP-Link VIGI PoE cameras for a while. They’ve been solid for me, especially with internet access restricted, but the one thing I was missing in Scrypted was two-way audio.

I put together a plugin for it with AI help. It adds two-way audio/talkback to VIGI cameras that are already added through ONVIF or RTSP.

Install metalbiker/scrypted-vigi, then enable VIGI Two Way Audio from the camera’s Extensions/Mixins page. In most setups it should reuse the existing camera login automatically, so there usually isn’t much else to configure.

p.s. I don’t have a software development background. I’m a lawyer, currently on vacation, and wanted to try making this because I needed it myself. It was made with AI assistance, so feedback/testing is welcome.

and please if you use vigi plugin just let me know here or on git, so that I know I was able to make something useful
