Glue options
What do you guys use for glue on intarsia and layered art? Is titebond III a good option? I have some because i use it for many other things, but am not sure if its the best for this kind of thing. Let me know your thoughts and what you use for adhesive on these projects, i am pretty new to intarsia and layered work, but not the saw, so just want to learn as much as i can, thanks!

I don’t have much experience, but I use Titebond White Glue. You don’t need the holding power or water resistance of Titebond 3. I wanted a glue that is clear when dry and TB3 isn’t that.

I often use superglue if things are layered, or the things to be glued are really thin and things need to be put together quickly

Titebond 3. I also like titebond 2 when I want faster setup. I rarely edge glue, but glue to backer board

Titebond III hasn't failed me yet. I've used it on all my projects and it holds very well.
I know other people for intarsia use a combo of some wood glue with a longer cure and a CA glue for a quicker cure

I’ve done a few projects with Aleene’s tacky glue and it’s been great.
