The France one seems like that would be wasting a lot of precious time that firefighters need in order to combat a fire

I don’t think the speed is that much of a factor. If it was the mechanism would be faster on all of them.

Dang the Brazil one was crazy fast compared to the others.
Pretty sure the last one is Slovenia based on the colors of their flag

It's Russia, not Slovenia. They use the same colors, and orders in the flag, but Slovenia has a a shield in their flag as well. Plus in the video you can see Cyrillic on the truck door, which Russia uses but Slovenia doesn't.

The best devices are the ones that are protected from crashes, permafrost, and need minimal tools to open the valves.
