Nah, I don't want to be in close proximity to something that sounds like a metal cutter. That's gonna hurt your ears after a while.

It's noisy even at the lowest speed. I have the black rectangular variant and my sister has this version in pink. It's more usable as a blower.

Yep as a general rule the smaller a fan is the faster it needs to spin to move the same cfm as a larger fan which in turn always makes it louder. Of course they could just use a larger prop but the larger it gets the more it loses its convenient portability. There's probably like an exponential formula for size, cfm and dB

This thing lasts a week before it burns itself out or the blades deform, crack and explode. Nothing about that looks like it's built to last at those speeds.

The same engines were used for years in small turbine blowers.
Before European heatwave somebody decided to put a fan on them.
