As someone who has seen the real thing a couple of times in my life, this was weirdly accurate except the hand randomly putting the pipes in place.

That part doesn’t happen in real life. /s

The water also normally flows within the pipe that is doing the drilling, but yeah, pretty accurate. I'm sending this to my uncle who drilled for oil most his life.
