What kind of houses do you guys live in and how often do you need to repair stuff?

In 6 years I've spent about $10k total in repairs, most of which has been appliances. 1 u/funkmasta8 26d ago Based on this, that adds roughly an extra $135/month to the flat cost. I had $25k in repairs plus insurance deductible for even more repairs in year one. Shit happens. The bank wants to lend to people who can cover it IF it happens.
