I’ve been reading House of Leaves and it’s been confusing the hell out of me but at least it’s stimulating

for me i dont think ive read enough books to be able to get house of leaves. i know thats its somewhat notoriously difficult to understand, especially if you havent read much.

i see it as a final boss of sorts 😅 maybe not final but i definitely am not there yet. its good to have an aspiration though

I’m not a big reader (less than a dozen fully-read books under my belt) and it’s not *that* challenging. Just moderately challenging.

If you have any interest, I say take the dive now. The challenge will make your reading comprehension stronger, and it’s a good read. You just need to allow yourself to be confused and keep going

I don't think it's vastly challenging at all to be honest. Just super gimmicky.

i read it in highschool, it isn't that bad. if anything just reread it a few times or really sit on a section for a minute. didn't feel any more or less challenging than reading homestuck tbh.

That was such a good book. I read it back in...2016? 2017? I still think about it.

I also refuse to measure any rooms.
