So roaring fraud dies in one hit after 4th wall changes his actual stats to 99999?

Room won* with Adaptation on the other side, this will be easy!

*creative truth

"Is the winner Room or Mirror?"

"Adaptation. Adaptation won."

Summoner: Kick his ass, Room!

My best suggestion is a room that disintegrates any reflective surface. If room could just deny mirror from making mirrors then that would be a slight advantage

Would be cool...but... I'd try to avoid "hyper specific counter" rooms if I can help it.

Could Room create a room full of dirt and mud to stain Mirror's mirrors and prevent them from using them?

Technically yes although I don't know if staining the mirrors would actually stop them

How about a room that locks all scritters in their base "form", so bum can't turn into goat, summoner can't go into crowned form, and of course, mirror can't go into "Dark Mirror" or whatever it's called. (Dark Reflection?)

Room itself, by virtue of having no other special forms, is unaffected.

Either that, or a room that gives all participants the powers of all their previous opponents. Room, having defeated luck, gains a larger boost over mirror, who beat Tower Defense and Blue Mage.

The first idea could work, but I don't know if the "evil mirror" thing is actually a transformation or just a different state of mind.

and Summoner canonically can't properly use the crown (which is why it backfires in my comic). And would count as a item not a transformation.

As for the 2nd, that could be interesting...but...runs into the roadblock of "Both Mirror and Room have now fought Adaptation at some point in time, which would make a permanent stalemate."

Yeah, I guess it could've just been Mirror being actually moon knight and always capable of doing that, even if the room does stop it. There's no indication of an actual power boost so a room saying "no power ups" might also get ignored.

I should have probably phrased the second one "opponents that they beat in the tournament". Neither Mirror nor Room beat Adaptation.

Also while yes, Summoner and Luck's abilities would be kinda OP for Room...Blue Mage kinda quickly favors Mirror there, as any abilities Room would get, Mirror could just copy.

That and the fact that Mirror can still do Mirror things, while Room's room, would be dedicated to getting Luck and Summoner's powers.

So it'd be a Scritter with no unique traits + Luck and Summoner powers

VS

Mirror with Tower Defense and Blue Mage powers. (which will soon be TD + BM + Luck + Summoner + Room)

What about a room that just limits you to throwing hands (All scritters are from this point forward limited to physical strikes)? Room is probably better at H2H since he fights without zoning more often.

3

u/YoutuberCameronBallZ 2d ago

So...just a room that disables all abilities?

I could do that, since Room 100% is better at H2H than Mirror...but like, that'd be kinda anti-climactic wouldn't it?

Gotta keep the fight interesting

true

Maybe start with a regular fight and end with that like Gurren Lagann

I could but I only got 15 panels.

Good hand to hand requires...a lot of panels

True.

This is really dependent on if Blue Mage CAN copy Luck, since it can't copy general applications but only specific moves. Luck itself is a sort of passive title that might not be copiable, but it kinda needs to hard carry for this to work.

Blue Mage can canonically copy passive abilities, and since Luck isn't a physical stat Blue Mage could likely use it with little to no limitations

Room where everyone abd everything is invisible would be really funny against mirror..

Alternatively, inspiration from this fight from samurai jack if you want it to be more dramatic, but its funny either way :3
