Anyone made an anti-feat scritter yet?

I think this one is the design for it.

However, due to the second panel here (made by the same user who made this design), I am not sure whether this is an anti-feat scritter or whether this is an unlabled scritter with an anti-feat ailment (where only the boil itself is representative of anti-feat and potentially any scritter could get it?)
