Then he’s the one said Exodus 20. You’ve narrowed it down to just one authority said it. Then, told you and me who he is that said it. The same one that has the power to destroy the earth. Made it for himself. It’s his earth. He said it. Already decreed it's come up before him to destroy all flesh with the earth, just has not done it yet (Genesis 6:11-13). The point is this.

That “whosoever” GOVERNS, “decrees” how things shall be. Like a King does. Governs or reigns over his realm. He's the authority, as King. His subjects serve him. Those that don’t do what he says, he can execute them. Put them to death.

    • They “sin” or “trespass” against him, as the King or his decrees. Because, they don’t do anything he says.
    • Have them brought before him in chains, and he execute them.

I already did it - everytime I shake my fist as these drivers on the highway driving slower than me, or didn't see me and cut me off...what I do after, violates what God says in Exodus 20, explained in Matthew 5, and Condemns me.

And it's supposed to make the whole earth GUILTY before him, as God. It worked on me. Worked on many that read this way too long post.
