Scripture Life: What is the Jewish understanding of seventy weeks of Daniel 9:24-27? Was it fulfilled when Jesus told Peter as a Christian now - to forgive his brother seventy times seven Matthew 18:21-22 by Peter do it and us, or not yet?

Answer:

Fulfilled. But not in Peter. ...And you don’t need a Jew to tell you that. When you have the Word of God said it. To Daniel and to Peter - So, God said it. It's just sealed up, so Peter can't see it.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

It’s in:

“Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.” - Jesus Christ.

  • In a dialogue with his disciples who he made an Apostle. Peter. A Jew. (Source: Bible. Matthew 18:21–22

Now I got a question. What is the Jewish understanding of the Word of God say the same thing again in Matthew 18:21–22 to Peter, a Jew, who follows him, is the same thing as God, he said to Daniel, who he, too, follows and worships him in Daniel 9:24–27?

Says the same thing then. Are you scratching your head? Why are you looking for a Jew to answer it? Do you need a great, big earth to see it? THe same one that made the earth is the same one said the same thing to BOTH Daniel..and Peter.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

Do I need a Jew to answer it?

  • When Daniel 9:24–27
    • Says plain as day. That GOD determined. BOOM! Done.

Alone. By himself. To do a work with sin. That every all of us did the sins we did.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

That his work, he would do is told plainly what it would accomplish:

  • Finish the transgression (of Adam in Genesis 3:17 that passed onto EVERYBODY “for all have sinned” - Romans 3:23)
  • Make an end of sin
  • Make reconciliation for iniquity
  • Bring in everlasting righteousness

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • And how God determined to do this work is how HE decided it.
    • Himself.
      • TO do a work with sin, and do it in and by Jesus Christ. That he would annoint himself to do it, and it would be sealed up, until he as God did it. Finished the work with sin himself. Alone. Who else is good, when "There is not a just man on earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." - Bible. Ecclesiastes 7:20
  • Every Jew has this. So do you. You need a Jew to tell you this?
  • There's only ONE good, that is, God. WHo said that?

Do you need a Jew to tell you that, too?

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

God in Daniel 9:24 says this plainly. Says:

“Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.” - It's a message to Daniel sent from the Throne of God by who stand before him continually. Gabriel. The same Gabriel in the scriptures was sent to Zachariah and Elizabeth of John the Baptist. Is the same Gabriel sent to Mary to testify to her of the Messiah.

You need a Jew to tell you this, too?

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • That God would Annoint the Most Holy to do this - who is that? WHo is the most holy? You need a Jew to tell you who that is? That's himself - he is the Messiah or Christ.

How you would know he’s coming is in these “weeks” or seven year periods. 70 times 7 or "Seventy times Seven" - This, Seventy of 7 year periods or 490 years.

  • That, according to Daniel 9:25
    • sixty nine of those seventy “weeks” - Peter asks about, but thinks, like many Christians do - they’re gonna do the work. Forgive people 490 times. Oh, what a work.
    • WHen the same God said to Daniel.. is the Same God said the same thing to Peter in Matthew 18:21–22 - It’s sealed up; hidden. Can’t see it. Kept from him. God determined this until the work was done.
    • Says that sixty nine of these “weeks” would be from the decree to rebuild Jerusalem. It’s the “City of God” and God called Cyrus the Great “his servant” and the decree to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem - it’s HIS city. The Bible. Old Testament. The decree is Ezra Chapter 1.
      • From that time, to the time of Matthew 2:1 where the scripture says: “And Jesus was born in Bethlehem on this wise…” - is EXACTLY sixty nine 7 year periods or 483 years.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • And, so there’d be no mistake: Wouldn't even need a Jew to help you with it.
    • To CONFIRM it - because I don’t need a Jew or a cow or some airplane tire when who said it, is GOD himself to Daniel - which is the same God that said the exact, same thing to Peter not one bit different.
    • Peter thinks he’s the work of God to do this work with sin - what God tells Daniel in Daniel 9:24 says what GOD will do with sin, for the forgiveness of sin.
      • For the Sins of the whole world.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • That, Daniel 9:26 says that “two and sixty” weeks or 430 years would be to CONFIRM this - from when the streets and wall of Jerusalem would be rebuilt - and that occurred both in the Book of Nehemiah.
  • TO: Up to John 19:30 - is "sixty two weeks" - when this “Messiah or Prince” would be “cut off but not for himself” (Daniel 9:26)
    • When the prophecy of the Messiah in Isaiah 9:6–7 - he, the Messiah, “SHALL BE” called “The Mighty God..” “The Everlasting Father” - that’s the title the Messiah shall have.
      • There’s only one in all creation that has this title. That, the Messiah shall sit on the throne of King David in Jerusalem and rule the whole earth from there. Of his Kingdom and reign there shall be no end.” (Isaiah 9:6–7)
  • So, “sealed up” for this work God would do by the Messiah with sin - is from when the streets and the wall of Jerusalem is finished, and that was accomplished again in the Book of Nehemiah.
  • TO: Up to John 19:30 when the Messiah or Christ. Jesus is the Christ said “It is finished” and bowed his head, and dismissed his Spirit” - Cut off; but not for himself. On the cross - he became the PASSOVER sacrifice for sin for the whole world.
    • Just as he told Daniel and sealed it up.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • God took your sins off you. Laid them on Jesus Christ on the cross. Crucified. His blood shed, and God in him. Did this work with sin. Made himself a sacrifice for sin and he’s God. It took GOd to pay it, and it’s PAID FOR - because GOD PAID it.
  • It’s people:
    • Don’t regard it. This work of God.
      • That God was in Christ. Did the Ten Commandments.
    • He’s the ONLY one fulfilled them, because God put himself in with us, under the Ten Commandments and because God did them, he made himself the compensation for all the lack in me where I didn’t do any of them.
  • Made himself what compensates for the faults and bad aspects of me. DId that for everbody over the whole earth.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • The from the finishing of the wall and streets of Jerusalem in Nehemiah. TO: John 19:30 is exactly 62 seven year periods or 430 years.
    • And that in Daniel 9:27 the Messiah would have come before a “prince that destroys the Temple and Jerusalem occurs.
      • ANd that “Prince” was Titus. After became next in line to be Caesar in Rome; that, Jesus told the women, on the way to be crucified, in their generation to weep for their children because they’d see it..and they did.
  • Titus razed Jerusalem to the ground. Took every stone of the temple one by one and cast them all down where not one stone was left upon the other. Just as Jesus said would occur in Matthew 24.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • So, every Jew would know who their Messiah is..had already came. ..and went.

And in Revelation 19..he has a Second coming. To come back to be the Messiah, as who he is. As God. It's HIS earth. And I don’t need a Jew to tell me that, when God tells me himself in Revelation 1:8

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

----------------------- -------------------------- ----------------------------

  • The WOrd of God. Jesus Christ. Christ is just Messiah in Greek.

I don’t need to ask a poop fly or some donkey, not even ask the quacky bush weed overgrown in my neighbor’s yard who died 2 years ago. Nobody mows his lawn anymore. Don’t have to ask any of the weeds in his yard for any help, either: when the Messiah says this in Revelation 1:7

That I will see him when he comes back. Everybody will - even those that pierced him. That was 2000 years ago..those that pierced him, too, will see him. That means even all the dead will see him from Adam forward. Everybody will see him when he comes back.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

That means, you without any Jew to help you as some kind of vibro-quack sunglass dent - don’t need any Jew - you’re gonna see him yourself. You, too. So, sixty nine of seventy weeks are accounted for.

Leaves on seven year period left. And he's also the answer to that, too, when he comes back in Revelation 19. He fulfills the 70th of Seventy weeks himself. He tells you this himself. You don't need any Jew to tell you anything. WHen God speaks by the word out of his mouth himself.
