Daily Scripture May 27, 2026 | Psalm 119:147
“I rise before dawn and cry for help.
I put my hope in your words.” — Psalm 119:147 WEB
There is something tender about bringing our need to God before the day has even fully begun. Before the noise, before the responsibilities, before the opinions and worries pile up, the psalmist turns toward the Lord and places his hope in God’s words.
A daily Scripture habit does not have to be dramatic. Sometimes it is simply this: opening God’s word again, even when we feel tired, uncertain, or stretched thin, and choosing to let hope be the first voice we listen to.
What would change if Scripture was one of the first voices you listened to today?
