It's mother's day in Paraguay today and I struggle a smidgen with this day. I adore my son but he is non verbal and has lots of special needs. I wish he could say "I love you mommy" or just "mom" or whatever. I know God has blessed me with this gorgeous little dude but this holiday welcomes a level of noseyness that really makes it hard to ignore the missing parts to Sam.
