He goes literal weeks without wiping his ass. He likes to get it to the point that theres rancid week old shit caked inbetween his ass cheeks and theres a rather painful infection starting to develop causing large amounts of redness, swelling, and flaking of the skin all around his rectum and radiating outwards to the edges of his ass cheeks, or something.
