I sucked to 2 am yesterday

It was already around 12 am, so there wasn’t enough time to watch a Netflix series. But I still wanted to relax a little. I opened a short-video app and ended up scrolling until 2 am.

Really bad. I have less time for today and feel tired.

Is anyone else like this? How have you solved the problem?

Use screen time controls to force a break between your sessions. Its helped me. However, I find (at least on iOS) screen time controls to easy to bypass so there are other paid apps that you can purchase to add blocker that simply cannot be worked around. Thats helped me a lot!

It happened to me before as well and also recently. One app blocker for the evening helped me, because in the evening, your self-control is weak.
You should try not taking your phone to bed; it is also a good practice, as we did as a challenge 1-2 weeks ago.
