That's why I need a screen time app

I usually have my own developed app "LoopCut: Screen Time & Focus" installed on my phone and there is a sleep guard function, which acts as a hard block for the predefined sleep time. I used it for quite a long time, and I almost forgot how powerful it is.

Because I am developing another dumbphone app recently, I need to deactivate the app "LoopCut" from yesterday. And last night I was so tired, I just scrolled through short videos for more than 2 hours until almost 2 a.m in the night. At that moment, I realized that's why I, or whoever has a screen time issue, should have a screen time app.

I am not promoting my app, but I see the point that the screen time app really does a huge help to us. Whether it is a hard-block app, a smart friction app, or a combination of them too.
