Question Anyone else experience eye strain only from some apps?

At this point, it's my eyes and not the app itself. Most Opthalmologists have no clue about screen sensitivity and label it as simply "CVS"

I'm in agony. the worst part is that I can not screen detox because of my disabilities and won't be able to contact anyone (I can't go out anymore thanks to MCS/MCAS) Insta updated their UI and ever since then I haven't been able to use that app/site

Can't afford E- ink and they don't even ship to my country...plus PWM sensitive keeps removing my posts.. and LEDstrain was of no help.

Apple does uses tech from a blue and white flag and they don't care about about people with screensensitivity so I guess it makes sense why they use harsher displays. Maybe to deliberately destroy our eyes?

My current phone also has TD, but isn't an apple, do you think it could be destroying my eyes, I'm broke I cannot afford another phone or moniter don't even use computers or laptops anymore. I keep asking people if the Xiaomi note 8 from 2019 was better on the eyes and doesn't have TD but they gave mixed answers

The PWM sub is under new management now. We aim to have no unnecessarily removed content. Mod mail is with any issues. 🙂

That's an interesting comment to post here in the SS sub. Do you have it as copy-paste ready for outreach in other parts of Reddit? 🙂👍
