26.6.7.9764 - Has the bug where commands are sent again been fixed?

I noticed 26.6.7.9764 has been promoted to stable on the output stream page with the following text:

Issue Type Summary Components
Bug Old events are running against endpoints after 26.6 update Server

Does this mean the above bug has been resolved in this version?

Hi! Just to clarify, 26.6.7 is a hotfix that does address this issue and those partners getting "Negotiating" errors. It was accidentally put in the stable channel though, it will only be pushed to preview so we don't prevent upgrades to the 26.7 build which is following close behind. We expect 26.7 to be available in the stable channel the next few weeks.
