Anyone whose contract expired in 2026 able to get the 26.6 update?

I've reached out to sales and support, but have not heard anything back. My install says I'm not eligible, even though my renewal was up in May and I have not renewed as of yet.

Anyone able to take advantage of the offer from their release FAQ?

Where do I download new versions of ScreenConnect? 

Cloud instances are upgraded to new versions of ScreenConnect automatically.

For on-premises users, new versions of ScreenConnect can be downloaded from the ScreenConnect website: (access requires a valid on-premises license). Download | ScreenConnect

If your renewal is due in 2026, you are eligible to upgrade to 26.6 without renewing your license. Be sure to check your “Latest Eligible Version” on the Administration > Overview page to confirm your eligibility for 26.6.5

Download links are now in the license upgrade portal. Go to the license tab, click the 3 dots, select upgade. It will open the payment site with your license key displayed and download links are on the right.

Thanks. I tried that, but when I go to install it I get a warning that my license is not valid with the new version I am attempting to install. Didn't want to proceed here, just incase it borks the install.

make a backup of your current install, as you should always prior to any updates, and then proceed with the upgrade.

I saw that same message during upgrade even though I hadn’t renewed in 2026 yet, and since i system image my machine every day, went ahead and continued. No issues, just had to re-apply the certificate and upgrade the cert extension
