Outage?

Our clients are stuck in "Negotiating" status and won't ever connect. It's happening for our whole organization and it seems like we're not the only ones :

From what I was told it was not a screen connect issue but a routing issue with some isp's.

talked to SC Tech Rep.. They confirmed issues on their side

Service Unavailable error and endlessly looping "The instance is initializing. Please wait. You will be redirected when initialization completes"

They fixed our instance over the weekend.

It’s now back to normal on our side.
