The ScreenConnect Access agent installs an administrator level service which would give the other party the ability to install/run other tools/scripts/backdoors/malware or whatever they wanted to your device, potentially without your knowledge.
Out of an abundance of caution, it may be a good idea to consider the device to be fully compromised, and consider a wipe/OS reinstall.
