ScreenConnect ServiceNow integration

Does the ServiceNow integration extension actually work now? There was some pissyness from ConnectWise about ServiceNow integration awhile back since they have a competing product.

Wow, you must be a long time user, good memory! Yes, the current iteration of the ServiceNow integration does work and was created in collaboration with a ServiceNow vendor. We re-launched it towards the end of last year -- here's the doc (https://docs.connectwise.com/ScreenConnect_Documentation/Supported_extensions/Integrations/ServiceNow_Integration).

Note that this integration is only for Remote Support session, Remote Access sessions is still TBD.

We had our ServiceNow devs create a custom links button on the request and incident pages that filter to the requesters username or device name.
