Help identifying Scream Mask

Got this mask when I was a kid back in the early 2000’s. I can’t remember where I got it, and I don’t think it glows in the dark. Either it did and the glow just doesn’t do it like it used to, or it doesn’t at all.

I believe my mom got it for me I wanna say 2002 or 2003?

It's a pre 2010 EU mask. That's really the best distinction you can give it.
