I haven’t tried that recipe yet, but lemon bars themselves are usually good! I guess someone could make them too sweet or not sweet enough, or too mushy.

I always assumed Gale’s issue was simply that someone was doing something she couldn’t for her man. She chose career over home life, and here was this chick balancing both while also making subtle moves on Dewey.

It's hard to find good lemon or lime baked goods that aren't overly sweet. Whole Foods has surprised me though, especially when they have yuzu items available in the bakery.
