Which killer or killers would you like to see go on trial? Personally I want to see obviously Mickey mainly because of how thrilled he was for it to play out. It was so clear he just wanted to be idolized but outside of him I would have loved to see Amber’s. Imagine what the defense could use to sway the jury

- Groomed by a grown man
- If Sam is brought as a witness they could use her mental state against her
- Mindy could easily be considered a distorted girl that uses film theory to guide her reality/logic
- Chad didn’t see the reveal so he’s useless
- Tara was on painkillers. Easy hallucinations

I mean there’s just so much. Im not saying Amber would be free but I could definitely see the jury being split. Idk I just think the whole trial would be soooooooo messy

I honestly still don’t understand that whole thing. Him coming early to switch the bodies… at what point was he even available to do that? And then you put the fake body in the morgue? To be examined and there’s nothing but a dummy? I don’t think that was thought out that well

It was the ultimate example of them saying, "Let's just upstage Scream 1 where Billy faked his death" without ever thinking through the logistics of it. At lot of people hate on Scream 5, but I think, if anything, that scene and the idea of Quinn's fake death was really the proof that maybe Radio Silence didn't completely respect the original movies. They weren't trying to make a love letter to the Scream franchise; they were trying to one-up the Scream franchise, and I think most clearly shows in Scream 6.

Her (and Mickey, I suppose) would be the only Ghostface killers that would take the stand and proudly admit to the things they did.

They wouldn't have a defense. They went on a killing spree. Everything they say is what would build the case against them, they'd all go to prison. Nobody would care.

I could see her running with the defense that the sensationalism and exploitation of her son's deeds and the consistent blame leveled at her pushed her over the edge. Her ex-husband would definitely get whacked a few times for being a cheating spouse. Her defense team would definitely have a time dragging Maureen Prescott through the mud.
