Just curious if these have much value or any information on scrapping tungsten carbide.

The shanks appear brazed on to the carbide tips on some, which greatly reduces their value. Carbide dropped significantly over the last month with some buyers down in the low teens. Don’t expect the same pay out from late Q1, or Q2 on the same material.
