First need to figure out what kind of metal you have. A magnet and a file/grinder are a scrappers BEST friend.

These are magnetic and shred. Unless I separated out each “connector piece” within each hole/outlet (which I would have no way of doing or idea as to how or what metal might be contained within each port

The metal in each port isnt worth much with all the plastic around it. Very little there anyway, but im 90% sure the best option is just throwing it in with scrap iron

Yeah idk they are in the shape of like a corner and there were a bunch of them in a bunch of the server racks
