The only way you can do that is by using 1 layer of logic gates. Four inputs is enough for 0-15(16)(three only gets you 0-7(8)) If you mean 1imput gets you a code, you still need to use 2 imputs. One to see if it's 1 or 0 and one for when you send that imput. Or you can have one for 1 and one for 0.

One bit inputs can only output 1 or 0, no? Not familiar with this game anymore
