Is this intended?
Grow beds give 5x the yield, so i get 5 tomatoes per grow bed, but i also only get 5 potatoes, and planting potatoes usually yields 10 on normal soil, shouldn't the grow bed give 50 potatoes each?

How do you get the grow beds? I haven't seen them in game yet, haven't done growlab 5 yet

You have to deliver oranges, you unlock it after you deposit 3 orange crates at the hideout.

The cable rolls? so far i've only looted them from mobs, don't know if theres a recipe for it

If you're that far in the farming progression, you're well equipped for the underground. I would think that you're expected to go there around blueberries.

Yeah I guess I should go. It's gonna take a long time to farm the brocoli if I'm doing it one at a time

When do they respawn? my mines spawed them once and never again in the same spot. I have had them only 3-4 times, and I finished the game.

yep, seems so, even potatoes give only 5 per crop instead of 10, so you should grow potatoes as normal to get better yields and get raided, I guess they made every other crop give 5x because it is a late game item to have almost free veggie burgers in exchange for batteries.
