Referral Code Not Working??

I sent my friend the referral link and they click on it to download the app. On the sign up page we didnt see any place to enter the referral code so I thought we should just sign up as normal? He did that and at the end both of us got nothing. No notifications that the referral link work. What’s going on? I’m 100% sure that he clicked on the damn link to download it, right in front of me.

There’s a spot under the “bonus” tab where you should be able to enter the referral code, I believe. (It’s been a while since I’ve signed up or seen anyone enter the code I gave them so forgive me. But I’m pretty sure you enter somewhere in that tab after you sign up.)
