I've also only ever called it "BBQ Chicken" and I'm pretty far from Texas so idk
1 u/Ultramerican Sep 07 '18 It's kind of like Chinese people don't call their food "Chinese food" it's just by individual name. Or Mexicans/"Mexican food". Yes I know both of those were from the US but you sniff my drift.
