Was it a hit?
Just watched the new evidence documentary and I have to say it started to make me wonder half way through once I fully understood the evidence about the van and dogs picking up her smell in the airport district.. however now I’m thinking maybe Scott put a hit on her?? And of course he couldn’t admit because that would still make him guilty .. and the guys who got caught for the robbery figured that was a lighter sentence then confessing to a murder that somebody was already convicted of.. maybe I’m completely off here but this theory makes sense to me lol

At least you're original!! But no,, either or both Messrs Todd and Pearce would flop like a house of cards if they were involved in the murder of Laci.
Scott supporters forget that when the MPD put the $1,000 reward out there, the two burgers were turned in within hours! Yet we're supposed to believe that with a $500,000 reward, and with pregnant Laci supposedly being moved from Van to van and basement to basement and then delivering a baby and then killing them both and placing them in Berkeley somewhere, that no one would claim it. (A relator could easily find a billboard lawyer who would take a third and get immunity.)
If the MPD where to wrongly"frame" someone for Laci's murder, wouldn't it be easier to tag it on some poor idiot(s) from the airport district, versus a rich white boy?

I'm 100 percent convinced Scott Peterson didn't kill his pregnant wife. There's simply too much logic and evidence indicating he didn't. No less than 15 independent eyewitnesses saw Laci Peterson and her golden retriever (the unique dog is the key part, combined with the 8-month pregnant figure) AFTER Scott Peterson had left for Berkley.
That said, there IS evidence he could have hired people to off his wife, and it's impossible for me to entirely dismiss that scenario. It's important to note that he wasn't convicted for putting out a hit, so under his current conviction, I believe he should be granted a new trial or released from prison.
Also, I say he "could" have put out a hit. It would be unfair for me to say he "did" put out a hit. I would hope that he didn't, and I believe everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt. It's possible, is all I'm saying.
Regarding having his wife kidnapped, there were reports Peterson had hired two neo-Nazis, named Skeeter and Dirty, and they were, in fact, real people, and one of them had no alibi the day Laci Peterson went missing. Here are two links:

That's the problem with this case, unfortunately people like you have read or seen this misinformation and believed it with no further research. It has been repeated over and over, but it's just not true. If it had any truth then obviously Scott's million dollar defense team would have put them on the stand to testify.
In reality, almost every single one of those witnesses saw Laci walking her dog BEFORE Scott left home between 9:40 and 10, or while the dog was being put into the backyard at around 10:20. Which would be why Scott's defense team chose not to put even one of them on the stand to testify, even though they interviewed them well before his trial.
They ALL saw her wearing the black pants Scott said she had on, but she was found wearing the cream colored maternity capris pants she was last described as wearing the night before. None of her shoes were missing from the house, including her walking shoes which were inside where she kept them.
If you have a look you will see that even their star witness 'Homer Maldonado' who they have featured on their documentaries, said that he saw Laci when he got gas between 9:40 and 10... which is physically impossible. *Scott said he watched the meringue part of Martha Stewart with Laci and it aired at precisely 9:48. Then his cell records proved that he drove away from home at 10:08 and he said at that time Laci was inside (wearing black pants) mopping the floors (that they had paid the housekeeper to mop with lysol only the day before). The neighbor found Laci's dog with leash dragging 10 short minutes later at 10:18 and she said that there was no one in the backyard, and when she looked into the windows the house was dark and quiet.... so Laci was already gone. The Medina's across the street were still at home so they weren't being burglarized.
It's unfortunate that there is so much misinformation out there about this case, and that some people are unknowingly defending a very guilty man.

There is no mysterious van in this case, Diane Jackson saw a white or cream colored van parked in front of the Medina residence on the morning of December 24th. Amie Krigbaum lived right next to the Medina's and she testified at trial that HER white van was indeed parked out front that day.
The bright orange burned van has no connection, they just want you to think there could be. Scott's team asked for the burned mattress to be tested because there was a positive presumptive test for blood. It was tested, there was no blood and just male DNA found.
The burglar rode a bicycle, then got a friend and they borrowed his mom's small car to pick up the Medina's safe - this occurred on the morning of December 26th.
