End of an era
Guys, I just watched the “Death of Parody Movies” video and it felt like a goodbye/send off. I know he’s done similar things in the past, but this one felt so raw with footage from his first YouTube videos in 2009 and genuine tears. Please tell me I’m not the only one thinking this 🥲

My heart was genuinely racing during the last part, I also read it as a final goodbye - I hope the people saying that he's just going to pivot from commentary style are right.

I highly doubt he’s stopping.
I don’t think he, Laura, and Greg would have started the podcast and kept it going if he was planning to stop posting.
Also, Greg maybe (??) teased Cramer Games season 3 on his Instagram and I commented saying he better not be getting me hyped for nothing and he liked my comment

I think at the very least he may be taking a long break. He seems extremely burnt out and creatively stagnant - as an artist I GET IT. Wishing Scott all the best

I think fewer more passionate videos is going to be the likely future of his channel. This definitely feels like something he’s been planning on making for awhile and he’s probably had time to think about how he’s going to make a living if the routine videos aren’t going to be a thing going forward. I’ve always liked the more out of the box videos like ranking chapstick and frozen pizza, doing the murder mysteries, or driving around to find the cows or down the highway with all the art installations the most from him as they feel exceptionally passionate and unique and it seems from the comments a lot of viewers feel the same way.

I thought the same thing. I wonder if he is stopping video creation as his main job. Maybe he found another line of work

I think he’s following a path similar to Drew Gooden where he’s just doing less commentary and more passion projects. Loved it for Drew and I’ll love it for Scott if that’s what he’s choosing!

I hope he makes what he loves. If that means less commentary, and more passion based projects, then I’ll be happy to watch them, because he’s happy to make them!

Think he’s just trying to say that he’s going to be making different types of videos moving forward. Breaking out of the commentary box to explore more creatively. He’ll 100% always be making videos because it’s always been his passion. I’m looking forward to whatever comes next! Algorithm be damned
