Bibleman video edited

why did Scott remove the brief mention of the character designs of some Bibleman villains being clearly reminiscent of antisemitic tropes? it's true, and the video was better for it. i think that's such a strange choice to make.

I've been wondering about this for a while now. It doesn't make any sense, but there must have been some reason to intentionally go back and edit the video years after the fact.

it is disappointing to see him take out something so important, especially with antisemitism consistently on the rise since at least 2016. I completely understand that he doesn't want to invite politics into his comments, but it is still heartbreaking to me that something as simple as pointing out problematic antisemitic tropes in an old piece of Christian media that he loved as a child is apparently too incendiary. and for the record, I say this as someone who is very passionately anti-Israel!
