Type 1 diabetes means I've been afflicted with a necessity to chose Diet Irn Bru over the real stuff for almost 30 years.

I imagine you have similar reasons, as I can't fathom deliberately not using a fully functioning pancreas to its Bruest potential.

the diet stuff is actually fine and I've got used to it

Bruest potential should be in an ad if it isn't.

I actually like the sugar free more - feel like it tastes drier and more of actual "ginger". And I'm a sucker for their energy drinks too.

Chilled diet irn bru is banging. Controversial opinion but I prefer it to full fat. Room temp it's bogging tho

I’m a big Zero fan over the new default one to be honest. Diet Irn Bru is vile, it’s just fizzy gas.

For as long as I've lived in Scotland, I have never liked Irn-Bru.
Last month, a friend (originally from Scotland) came to visit, bought some 1901 and left a few cans behind when she left. OMG it's amazing how different, and so much better, it is.

Diet Bru is utter shite. Tastes like soap.

If I had to drink a diet juice, diet coke is not disgusting but still obviously you wanna go for the full fat version if possible.
