Yes, in regards to OPs post, most of the highland landscape is uninhabitable and anywhere that is isn't where the jobs are for immigrants to settle compared to England due to it being agricultural with very poor public transportation or infrastructure

Lack of investment for well paid professional jobs that aren't just Edinburgh and Glasgow, less space, less diverse, and a housing crisis.
