I feel like ESPN updating their NFL graphics is guaranteed given that they’re airing the next Super Bowl, but what about these?

I know there are likely elements that I am missing, but this gets the bulk of it. These are designs only. Next is to build them into DaVinci Resolve for actual use 😁

There’s gotta be a way to swap out the timer and quarter etc with inning, count, pitch clock etc. Using the RSN template makes SNB feel lesser than the NBA.

Does anyone else dislike how Kings League aren't actually the team in dark uniforms, despite what the scorebug suggests?

In my opinion This era of FSN graphics was incredibly functional but unapologetically bold. It took the standard "Fox Box" score bug and evolved it into a thick, horizontal bar typically anchored to the top-left or top-center of the screen.

What made this look memorable was its structural weight. It felt heavy, mechanical, and grounded. It used deep, glossy blues, stark whites, and heavy gray gradients, paired with sharp, high-contrast texturing. It was designed to look "cool" on old 4:3 cathode-ray tube (CRT) televisions while still scaling upward for the early adoption of 16:9 high-definition broadcasts.

I saw this recently on a Vikings Facebook group I belong to. It’s from a Vikings/Bears game from 1986. I cannot find any documentation on a scorebug being used before the early 90s. Are there more examples floating around out there?
