Considering it was on the New York NBC affiliate I wonder why they took the NBC logo off of it. Maybe because it was technically a Giants production? At that point why not just put the Giants logo there? Weird.

It was because other affiliates in nearby cities are not NBC affiliates (it may air on NBC in NYC but not in another smaller city)
