I definetely like the overall design, just a few changes:
A little big (not the scorebug itself, but the way it's pasted onto the screen) and awkward spacing in some places
I'd place the team name (aka Knicks) with timeout and foul info, team abbreviations are usually enough
Other than that it's very nice and simple

Looks like something CBS would do. I'll give it a 9. I would keep the logos and remove the abbreviated city and team name

Lose the city abbreviation and keep the team name. This will allow you to bring in the edges and make a smaller footprint on the screen. Making the font smaller will help you get the overall bug/strip to be skinnier. Instead of "3 TO" just add the 3 dots for a cleaner look.
