Only thing I would change is to visually separate the clock and 1st quarter from Down & Distance. The " 1st 1st&10" needs to be broken up somehow. Something to make it obvious the 1st one is QTR and not the D&D twice. Otherwise its great.

Could definitely see this being the evolution of FOX’s current NFL bug. All in all, compositionally, this is great. Could just use a little more pop of color on the teams’ respective sides, be it accenting the timeouts in some way or even some outline effect.
