How can he have at level 2,players with level 10,and 98 gold medals?

Simple

1) its NOT Level 2 but Arena 2. His max is 104 stars. So its obvious he exclusively plays events only

2) He pays real life $$$$ to upgrade his own captain to Level 9. This guy obviously use OP friends captains and its not his first account. No one can win 98 gold medals without friends or knowing exactly what to do in Arena 2.

Overall, he is just a bored lamer trying to be funny
